PLANS II is a revised curriculum which aims to be more generalizable to aquatic habitats and salinity regimes throughout the Bay and its watershed. PLANS II is being piloted at three CBNERR-MD sites for formative assessment, thus providing each site with the training and capability to offer the program to high schools in their regions. The ultimate goal of PLANS II is to provide a model for teacher-training, a curriculum and MWEE activities to help students increase their understanding of our role in the eutrophication of Chesapeake Bay and their role as stewards in helping to restore the health of the estuary.
